Absolutely love your ceramics, I have long been interested in cacti and reproducing the textures of such, and you have done this. Stunning, so encouraging, how do you get these textures without spending hours on modelling and how do you have the confidence to do these things and not worry if you will sell them. Obviously you have found a niche market. Fantastic, I will come to see you soon.
Hello and thanks for your nice comments. I do actually spend quite a long time modelling..its my background. As for selling, I’ve found that if I really like something then it generally sells, if I try to make something to sell, it doesn’t! If you like cacti, keep an eye out for my new squirting cucumbers which should appear on my blog in the next few weeks. Come and say hello during the Brighton festival if you get the chance. FD

Hi Fran
we saw your work at the Arundel Place Open House and thought it was terrific, then we found out who had done it! Very impressed. Good luck at Chelsea

thank you! Fx
I saw some of your amazing work exhibited in the garden at Sussex Prairies at the weekend - so botanically correct. Brilliant.
